An error was made in the set-up of a new company code/controlling area. Some entries were posted that did not update PCA (not using the universal GL). Is there a program that will review the FI documents and post the appropriate PCA entry?

You didn't specify what kind of postings failed to update PCA, You can try 1KE8 for actual data. before that you need to maintain control parameters.
