Errors getting from process chains

We are on BI 7.0. sp12. We recently did a data center move where the servers were moved to new hardware. After the move the loads have been successful but error messages have been generated multiple times with no reasons. I see that there is a note 930036 about this issue but we are already on sp12. Any other solution for this issue. Thanks

Hi,

if you need help from SAP, raise a message at the service marketplace. On the other hand, what do you expect? Without providing detailed error information you will not get any help. We are not able to have a look at your system to know what's going on. You need to provide that information.

Hi Siegfried, My bad I assumed too much. Basically I have messages tied to my process chains that only send an email when error occurs. But recently after the hardware change I keep on getting messages triggered that loads have failed at ODS level(even when the loads are successful). I saw the below note which is relevant but we are laready on sp12.
