Is there an online demo of just web crm somewhere, or more information for a customer than the pdfs bundled with the entire ecommerce package?

Also, does web crm support multiple languages? Since it doesnt really have themeing capabilities, how would that work.

Hi Jennifer,

just a clarification on Ladislav's reply to you regarding translations. Initial plans were to support translations in SP1, but these plans changed and translations will not be distributed with SP1.

However, customers can create their own translations, if they want.

The GUI of SAP Business One Web tools 2007 as well as documentation, installers, and Default Language files are currently only provided in English language. Other languages will be supported starting with Support Package 1 - please wait for further announcement. (SAP Note: 994090 )

This will give access to a Citrix environment with the entire solution setup end to end. You can login to the webcrm site and view the pipeline, sales, etc within this session.
