SAP installation on Azure with HA setup

We are trying to install SAP Enterprise Portal with HA on Azure .

We build the no HA servers of non Prod we are good with them. But now we are not able to proceed further with HA setup configuration in AZURE, Can you please give any document how to setup a HA in Azure with all latest versions. We are following Microsoft documents but we didn't succeed.
