Send objects into Sourcing Cockpit

Hi experts

i'd like to know id exists a way to send by Administrator consolle an objects (Purchase Requisition, Shopping Cart) into the Sourcing Cockpit of an user.

Hello Andrea,

There is no way to answer at your request using only SC monitoring because SC item is sent to Sourcing when its field SOURCE_REL_IND is set.

This setting is controled with customizing Define Sourcing for Product Categories.

This customizing can be then overwitten by BAdI BBP_SRC_DETERMINE.

If your SC item was not sent to Sourcing, your sourcing management was not correct.

Hi

Yes laurent is absolutely correct.Moreover Schedule the report BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER in the back end and the requisitions transfer to the Enterprise Buyer system.

This report BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER brings all PR in to sourcing cockpit for sourcing activities from r/3 to EBP.
