Customers by sales rep. and sales documents by sales rep.

Hello experts,

I'm working from ECC 6.0

How could I obtain (display) the sales order by sales rep. and also the customers by sales rep. ?

Currently I have queries but I would like to have another way that enable to accede to the specific sales orders or customer information from the list.

Hi,

VC/1 t.code displays list of customers by sales representative.

Enter sales area, choose partner function in function field.

Select only partner functions in information blocks segment and execute.

Maintain partner determination procedure at sales order level. At sales order level apart from the partner functions SP , SH, BP , PY assign KR (sales representative) .also . So when you create the sales order manually you can assign the KR (sales representative) at sales order.That means this order has been bought by that particular KR (sales representative) only.

Even you can assign the partner function KR (sales representative) for your account group.That means for that particular customer only this KR (sales representative) will be placing the sales order.

Note : You need to create a sales representative before you assign t.code is PA40.

Hi Srinath,

Perhaps I explained wrong. I already have sales document with partner determination OK. Also have the customers with assigned sales rep. to sales areas.

I want to know how could I obtain report in order that user (sales rep.) could easily display: His assigned customers in any sales area, and his already assigned sales documents.

Check the t.codes MCTI & MC-Q which are related to sales employee reports

Another way of finding the report for sales employee is :

SAP Easy Access ->SAP Menu --> Logistics --> Sales and Distribution --> Sales Information System --> Information System --> Sales Employee

Here, you will find Standard Reports, related to Sales Employee.
