Is it possible to have auto login on SAP SBO?

Hi all,

I have a situation where the SAP SBO would have to be able to log in by itself after the workstation reboots.

Is it possible to do that? It doesn't really matter to us under which account it should log in and how.

Thanks for all hints!

Andre

This can be done using Schedule Run of SAP B1 after booting,Click Change Company,Double Click Company/DB name to log in.

Hi Jeyakanthan,

Thanks for the reply. But I don't understand what you mean. You said that I had to click change company, then double click DB Name. Then, that's not automatic, right? Or perhaps I missunderstood your point?

And about Schedule Run, how can I get that?

Hi,

It should be relative simple using short UI-API code.

Hi Andre,

As far as I know, this is not possible out of B1's box. The design of B1 insists manual input of user code and password when login. A solution out of B1 might not that difficult if you can create a batch to add these exact keystroke to run B1.

Thanks,

Hi Gordon,

Do you know how to create this batch? Or at least, could you perhaps refer to me a link, manual book, etc that can help me start? As of right now, I don't know where to start.

If it's going nowhere, I might post the same question on SDK section in this SAP forum. Do you think it helps?

That might be a better place to post I believe since it involve programming knowledge.
