Vendor selection

Hello friends;

I am implementing SAP PP in a Process industry. My scenareio is as follow:

Raw material is supplied from farmers(vendors) located near factory.Before supplying raw material it is tested in a lab for quality. For that three samples are collected from farmers for testing. After testing results are recorded and used for making schedule of supply for raw materials.

I treated all farmers as vendors. Inspection plan is created with MIC. I want to create physical samples for all vendors at a time. How can i create it? where can i record inpection results?

Please help me.
