problem with GL a/c clearing

Accounts # 2999995 (balance - 25 259 849.00), # 2999996 (balance 18 788 287.24) and # 2999999 (balance 6 471 498.74). The sum of these 3 accounts is - 63.02. 1. We would like to GLOBALLY (= without clearing each line of each account) put the 3 accounts to zero. The counterpart account is acc # 5429007 Other G&A expense. 2. We would like to close these accounts (they should not appear in the chart of accounts any longer).

Account # 12200000 (balance 124.11). We would like 1st to GLOBALLY put this account to zero (counterpart account # 4429007 Other G&A expense) and 2nd to close this account (it should not appear in the chart of accounts any longer
