SAP Gui on Windows Vista

Hi,

I am getting a Dump error while logging in to the SAP GUI 7.10( After Giving user name and Password) in Windows vista( Business 32 Bit OS).

Error log as follows, Could anyone pls give me solution.

Information on where terminated |

Termination occurred in the ABAP program "SAPLOLEA" - in "AC_SYSTEM_FLUSH".

The main program was "SAPLSMTR_NAVIGATION ".

In the source code you have the termination point in line 32

of the (Include) program "LOLEAU02".

it's seems that the installation didn't succeded please check the sapsetup log,

please try to reinstall the sapgui.

the log is in the directory <SAP INSTALL>/sapsetup/errors/

System is restored, and the GUI is reinstalled its working fine.

Hi,

Eventhough the Installation is successful, the SAP Gui is working hardly 3 to 5 days.

Again its throwing the same dump error after giving user name password.

Is there any security needs to be improved ( Antivirus).

Note:After installation of GUI, there is no external/other application is installed in these days.

Please suggest me on this to solve the issue.

Are you able to login in system from other PC, are you trying to reinstall SAPGUI ? Are your installation files are correct ? Not corrupted?

Hi,

Installation is successful,

With other XP Pcs its working.

If I install on the newly installed OS system its working.

Existing Vista systems its throwing this dump error.

Is there any patch needs to be applied to solve this problem?

Try latest 10 patch ...

P.S. may be you have some fire wall or antivirus configured on this PC ? try to disable all for testing.
