Cannot access to hana one portal

I'm building an enviroment for HANA One on AWS.But I cannot access to the HANA One Portal.

When accessing, the following error message is output on the browser.
Please tell me this solution.

■Error Message

Your connection is not secure. SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length. Err code: SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG
