Cant view change requests

Hi

I have a user on Solman who has the role who have given the role SAP_CM_SMAN_TESTER. When i go into the worcenter he can not see a change that has been assigned to him. When i go to transaction crm_dno_monitor and search for ALL with that user then it only shows all service desk messages and no change requests. I have looked at authorization and also made sure that the user in in the org structure trx PPOMA_CRM. Can some one please help me with this.

    Hi,

    we had a similar issue. Some users could not see change documents in the transaction monitor CRM_DNO_MONITOR . We checked all authorizations. If we copied that user, the it worked sometimes. Therefore it couldn't be a misconfiguration or missing authorizations. Maybe you are having the same issue.

    Our solution is described in [SAP note 615670|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/615670]:

    We added user parameter 'CRM_RF_PERFORMANCE' individually for each concerned user.
