Why does it have limitation of 10 characters on Building Fields?

Please increase limit of character of Building, House Number and house Number (additional) to more than 10 character. It’s not suitable for building names in Thailand because a lot of building name have many characters. So it will be a big problem with a limitation of 10 characters

This case is a Big issues for my customer because it have effected to all of document that refer customer address.
So, They told me that Why is non-common sense? Why application team has released these big issues on production?

Can you set this case to first priority to fix regarding our customer was very unsatisfied

Hello Prakasit,

As far as I see there is no field as "Building Field" in standard solution, so I assume that it is either a KUT field or PDI field.

If it is a KUT field, you should enter the Adaptation Mode (from Adapt -> Edit Master Layout), afterwards carry the cursor upon the field you want to update. Click on "Change Properties" symbol -which looks like monkey wrench- and click on "Field Definition" text. After that point, you will see the configuration options about your custom field and you can change these settings as you like.

Otherwise, you should inform your technical consultant about the situation; because PDI fields can be edited by only through SDK.
