De-activate New Depreciation logic in ECC6.0

Hi,

1) If the new depre logic had been activated, is there any impact if decided to turn off the indicator, except the posted figure will be affected?

2) Have tried to do the comparison via AW01_AFAR and AW01. However, found very strange (perhaps it's bug) as the total depre reflected on the 'Planned values' screen are different from the 'Display Depre Calculation' screen by few thousand dollar? Besides, the posted depre values calculation is slightly different from the old system (ECC5.0) which i made the comparison too.

3) If i turn on the new depre logic indicator, I was advised to use the new unplanned transaction type A4, A5 for the periodic posting. However, have done the comparison between the normal unplanned and periodic unplanned transation type, i couldn't find it any difference?

Pls shed some light and thank you so much in advance.

I agree with one of the commentaries above: it cannot be reversed. Which are the problems you are facing??

When you have activated AE-FIN (a part from this is De-activate New Depreciation logic in ECC6.0) it is no longwer posible to deactivate it.

Have a search to AE-FIN on this and the ERP financials forum
