Measure aggregation on parent hierarchy level

110 Views Last edit May 09, 2018 at 07:45 AM 6 rev

Hello,

due to the fact, that I don't know how to describe my issue properly I appended 2 screenshots. But here comes the description of my problem:

I have got 2 dimensions (Country and Brand -> Rows) and a fact table (Actions and Target actions -> Columns). Additionally I've got 3 Measures. 2 measures are "normal" aggregations. The third one is the division of the other 2 measures.

On the lowest level of the data the latest measure is shown correctly, but on one level above the calculation is not correct, it is the sum of its childs (screenshot 1).

I successfully tried exactly the same scenario in a tabular model (screenshot 2).

How can I achieve this, or it is not possible to draft such a scenario in SAP HANA?

UPDATE:
I just figured out, that this problem only exists if I set a filter on a dimension.

Thank you very much!
