BODS - ServiceNow connection using Web Service SOAP fetching only 2700 rows

Hi All,

I could only fetch maximum of 2700 rows using getRecords of ServiceNow function. Is there a solution for this to bypass the 2700 rows barrier.

Hi Anil,

We are also try to connect to ServiceNow, Is there any specific configuration around TSL security for the connection to work ? Are you using ServiceNow user credetials configured on the DataStore connection or any Certification you are using ?

In service now

Without parameter we can fetch only 2500 records if we want more records

We need to pass parameters in service now there we have an option like

Sysparam limit is set to 'true' then we can fetch 10000 records

If we want more 10000 records we need to pass offset parameters in service now url
