"No documents correspond to search criteria" error when creating the confirmation in SAP SRM

Hi,

We are using the classic scenraio. SC is created and the follow on documents PR got created and transferred to the ECC. PR is released and PO was created.

Multiple Confirmations are done by the Shopping cart requester a month back. Still open quantity is left.

But from a week back, when user is trying to create confirmation and when the user enters the PO number and click on search, it is throwing the error " No documents correspond to Search Criteria".

No roles has been changed to the user recently. We checked in SU01d.

Checked the consistency of the user and everything is okay.

Delivery completed indicator check box is not marked and Goods receipt check box is marked for the PO.

Can you please help me still what needs to be checked.

Pl check for the BADI BBP_WF_LIST is there an active implementation which was changed ?

Also check the roles of the user does the user have the Central confirmation role if its some one else's PO they are trying to GR or the goods recipient roles.. if its there own GR

Is it for a specific PO or for all PO's and for all users? Can you elaborate more on this Check if any changes in the Portal parameters recently

If it is for a specific PO check if the PO got transferred successfully?

Is the PO in status deleted .. ?

You must have already checked that there is open confirmation left on the PO and also see if the connection b/w SRM and ECC is fine.
