created infoareas not shown in the Bex reporting

Hi I am new to BW..i created cube with characteristc and keyfigures....In the Bex query it doesn't show the infoareas...Why?

Actuallly the infocubes which i had created is not showing in the Bex..Why?

just check that you have actvated the infocube and allsot the infoarea to which the cube is assigned

else it may be in UnAssigned Nodes

Hi,

where did you create this infoareas. If you create infoarea in BW DEV transport them into BW PRD and if they are not activated activate one more time in BW PRD.

Then open Bex query designer and create one query on that infoarea, so you can see it in Bex Analyser.

Hi,

Until you create a report onto it...you will not see them in the infoareas.

Just click on create queries option and you will see your infoareas

Once query is created it will be visisble in the infoares in the query designer.
