Lumira application - Reload data from unx source - BI Launchpad

Is it possible to reload data for a Lumira designer application from unx source in BI Launchpad?

The system at hand is Lumira 2.1 SP1 with BOE 4.2 SP3. Data source: universe (unx).

I have created a Lumira designer application, with data retrieved from universe through Lumira Discovery. With Discovery as default application for the document I can reload data, also schedule in BI Launchpad. When the Lumira document is in application/designer mode, I cannot find a way to reload data in BI Launchpad. Scheduling only has PDF as format in this state, no lumx.

What would be the best procedure for reloading data in this scenario? The document will be used as an application with data updated on an daily basis.
