Screen Personas - How to manage multiple dashboards for one user

Hi, I am trying to understand how to enable multiple dashboards for one user but feel I am missing something in my understanding.

The flavor for a dashboard is linked to a transaction code. I create a flavor in SMEN for example "Sales Information". I create a second flavor in SMEN "Purchasing Information".

User needs access to both dashboards (ideally linked to Fiori tiles). Note we have not allowed user to see the flavor gallery to manually select the flavors.

Alternatively, the SMEN flavor has 2 buttons to launch both Sales and Purchasing dashboards. But in this case, what transaction would be used when creating the dashboard flavors.

We are using SAPGui for Windows.

Hi Robyn,

You can use a script button to call a different flavor, so then you can use SMEN as base for all flavors, and use script for switching among them.

What if you have a custom SMEN screen for each department/job function, but shared Dashboards? Once the user is viewing the shared dashboard, is there a way to return to their default SMEN flavor? I am looking to create one "Return to Home" button in each shared dashboard to revert the user to their default flavor.
