I have installed the PC version of the Agentry client on a PC. I have not been able to log in to a mobile application. I have tried entering the IP address or the server name and get various errors. One error states that the remote adapter is not compatible. What do I need to enter on the login screen?

Which application are you using? You need to enter the URL for the Work Manager Server, or Inventory Manager Server, or whatever particular application you have installed. If you are doing your own Agentry App Development, the URL typically looks like this -
https://<server_name_or_address>.

We are using Work Manager and Inventory Manager. Entering the URL for the applications works on the mobile devices, we use iPads, but entering the same URL on this windows version of the Agentry application from my PC does not work. I have made many different attempts but when I enter the URL as we do on the iPad i get the error -
Requesting Public Key from Server
Unable to resolve host
I can do an nslookup entering the server name and it does return the IP of the server.
I have tried entering the IP and I get the error:
