Error Message : Material/Service for Requisition xxxx already ordered with 1 EA

I need to increase the qty of one line in my PO, with reference to PR.

I have changed the PR qty from 1 to 2. I checked the "Quantities/Date" tab in Item Details ( in ME Screen) and has following details :Ordered : 2 ; Qty Ordered : 1 ; Open Qty : 1

Closed and Fixed ID check box are not ticked. While changing the qty in PO I am getting the above error message.

Can you pls help me to resolve this issue ?

Hi,

You can configure the message 06 400 as warning message in customizing and check the behvior.

You have made the message 06400 to be an error

The check for this message is not on quantity, it is just checking whether an order exists.

And since it exists you have the error message.

You either need to change your customizing or need to create a new item in the PR instead of changing existing items.

What is your problem? The customizing is right in the first menu after executing OLME

And the docu icon in front of the task explains who it is done
