Country Roll out plan for ESS

HI we have ESS for few set of countries and now new requirement to roll out for few more countries which are not available.

we have asked to re use the one country 's services.

my question is

1. is there any step by step procedure to do this ?

2. Or just go ahead with ' re-use country specific services, copy the existing services for that country and create it for new countries'

3. or do we have to go step by step of creating resources, services... etc for new countries,

also do we have do any dependecy issues, like some steps must be done first, before this.. procedure..

I am aware that from the portal side, we need to copy the country specific folder content/iviews to a new folder ..etc
