Is it possible restringe fields by portfolio item in SAP PPM?

Experts,
I have created two fields using the sctructure estandárd CI_RPM_ITEM_ATT.

I have 6 differents types of item portfolio configurated.
I know that is possible to do this by Portfolio Type. To define specific fields.

Is it possible to define specific fields this by item portfolio?

Hello Lilian,

It is not possible to configure via customizing a field control based on item type (or e.g. on a specific portfolio ID, as opposed to its portfolio type).

You can however achieve be desired functionality by implementing an appropriate logic in BAdI method ITEM_UI_CONFIG_MODIFY. In a BAdI implementation you can use your own program logic in this method to control field properties depending on item type or some other condition.
