SRM 5.0 - Table for approval information

Hi,

Is there a table that holds information about SC or PO that have been or are in approval?

We would like to be able to pull a list out in the system that tells us:

User XXX has approved following SC or PO in the last year:

PO

PO

SC

User XXX has following SC or PO waiting for his/her approval:

PO

SC

And so on.

But i cant seem to find tables that hold these information.

Can anybody help?
