Deleting reservation

Hi,

How to delete/cancel the reservation,if it is created automatically?

When i goto MB22,it saying that it has been created automatically,no manual changes possible"

Can anyone please help me in this issue?

I dont think you can Delete Manually Created Reservation thru MBVR or RM07RVER Program.

I wud suggest follow Pankaj

Diagnosis

This reservation has been generated automatically by the system and can, therefore, not be changed manually. You can only change automatically generated reservations by changing the document (for example, the production order) to which the reservation refers.

Procedure

To change the reservation, proceed as follows:

1. Find out for which document the reservation has been made. To do this, display the reservation.

Proceed

2. Change the originating document. The system will then change the reservation accordingly.

Have you looked standard program RM07RVER (t/code MBVR) to delete reservation

or mark TECO to the order

Hi,

Automatically created reservations can not be deleted manually in MB22.

To delete the same you have to close the document due to which reservation has got generated. For e.g. Reservation for Production Order, to delete the reservation go to CO02 and "TECO" the Order, it will delete the reservation automatically.

go to MB23,Then Environment and Stock requirment list...u can finnd planned order.

plz go to Stock overview through MB23 and then once again MMBE...Environment ---production orders.

You can find the type of order with the movement type in the reservation.
