Dear All,

We are producing two different materials (with two different production order) on same WorkCentre.

Is it possible to get to schedule two production orders at the same time on same work centre with CM25? We are using a CM25 transaction for capacity levelling.

Could you please help how to handle this in CM25? or I need to add some additional data in routing or work centre.

Here I am attaching a screenshot of CM25. Currently both the material production plan with finite scheduling.

If you need further information then please let me know.

Thank you in advance.

Regards,

Maulik

Hi Maulik,

As Caetano rightly mentioned, it is suggested to create individual capacity in the work center, then use a custom profile (or even standard profile SAPSFCG005) in CM25.

If there are more than two splits in same work center, then you can use "Split/Allocate" function, or "Splitting" option under order->operation to schedule same order in multiple lines of single WC.

Thanks

Prem

Hello

In the work center capacity there is a flag called "can be used by several operations". If you check this flag, you will be able to dispatch several operations at the same time to this work center.

Otherwise, you can use define individual capacities in the work center and use a profile in CM25 that allows you to see individual capacities.

@Caetano Almeida

Thank you.

I define as -"can be used by several operations" and try to dispatch the order. I get all order on the same day.

Hello

If this is not what you want, then try to define the individual capacities, as explained in my previous reply.
