Hi

In pp01 i created position 50016333

In PA40, when i entered position 50016333 and save the actions

the following error is coming

Object S 50016333 01 does not exist

Message no. 5A040

Please confirm the Start Date of all Infotypes (1000, 1001 (A_003 to O), 1008, 1011, 1013) for Position 50016333, and then check the Start Date of the Action you were trying to save in PA.

Thanks for your suggestion. I have throughly checked start date, end date & vacancy date of all infotypes as you mentioned. Moreover I have also checked table T77S0 PLOGI PLOGI 01 & PLOGI ORGA X , PLOGI PRELI 99999999 . Also I have run all reports like RHINTE10, RHINTE20 in LIVE mode. Still I m getting this Error.

Also I have checked table T527X, T528B, T528T & T513S properly. All data is there. Still while hiring through PA 40, I m getting the same error. Why...? I m really getting fed up. What to do, how to solve this.

All these hiring I am doing in PRD server. Please help me, I m really in a mess.

When doing the Hiring Action, you should be able to see all positions available, according to your Org. Structure.

Can you drill down into the Org.Structure where your Position should be?

Yes, I can able to expand & see all my positions in PPOM_OLD. But when I try to see the same positions through PA 40, upon drilled down, I can only able to see some of my positions, not all.

Why this occurs..? I m really getting confused & tensed too. I am attaching my screenshots here.

PPOM_OLD- Here I can see all positions that I have created in the PRD server.

But, in case of PA 40, No position is showing in the drilled down menu.

I believe you need to re-check the attributes of position created in terms of start date with all infotypes to math the start date in PA40 and I hope you created that in correct plan version. Screenshots are not attached!

I can't see any "screenshots", if you have posted them.

Please check the validity dates of all the Infotypes for your Positions and of the other Objects that they are linked to (O, C, K, etc.)

In screen shot 1, we can see the Positions linked to Org.Unit 10100022, while in screen shot 2, what you show are the Positions linked to Org.Unit 10100017. Furthermore, screen shot 2 does not show the validity dates of the Positions because you did not change the width of the description columns.

As mentioned by Rahul Mishra, please check the Validity Dates of the different Org.Units and Positions (making sure that they are valid at least as of the Hiring Date, 01.04.2018) and that their relations also exist at least as of that Date.

No actually I have maintained the entire org structure in proper way... All start date & end date are valid & also positions are made vacant on the start date itself.. it's well n fine in terms of PPOM_OLD & PPOS_OLD.

Now what I have configured is_

1- created a plan version in OOPV

2- activated that plan in OOAP

3- activated all integration switch in T77S0 PLOG PLOGI 01 & PLOGI ORGA x, PLOGI PRELI 99999999

4- transferred the entire structure from DEV to PRD through RHMOVE & created a TR name & also transported that TR properly from DEV to QAS to PRD.

But during that Transport, error was there in QAS . Error no-8

So what I did, to avoid this error, I ran reports RHINTE10 & 20 both in DEV, QAS & PRD. & Successfully created those missing objects manually.

Also I checked T528T, 528B & 527X thoroughly & found all objects are present there in these tables.

But whenever I m trying to hire one employee in PA 40, error showing "position not available".

Really got stucked... Please help me..

Sorry but I have no experience in creating OM Objects in DEV and transporting them to QAT and then PRD.

Our users create the Objects directly in PRD.

I would suggest that you look closely at that Code 8 Error you had with your Transport.

To avoid this inconsistency I ran the RHINTE10 & 20 reports in all servers. Then again Ie created those missing objects in PRD itself. but at the time of hiring, system says,' position not available".

Experts, please guide me & help me to come out from this.
