Compoenent DPR_SETTINGS is not active.

Hello,

I have cProjects 4.0 installed and my user is has all of the following roles: .

SAP_CPR_INTERESTED

SAP_CPR_MEMBER

SAP_CPR_PROJECT_LEAD

SAP_CPR_TEMPLATE_RESPONSIBLE

SAP_CPR_PROJECT_ADMINISTRATOR

SAP_CPR_TEMPLATE_ADMINISTRATOR

SAP_CPR_USER

when I activate cProjects services in SICF and do a test service, I get the following error:

The URL http://duetserver.ad.infosys.com:8006/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/cprojects/ was not called due to an error.

Note

The following error text was processed in the system EC1 : Component DPR_SETTINGS is not active

The error occurred on the application server DuetServer_EC1_06 and in the work process 1 .

The termination type was: RABAX_STATE
