Actvity Confirmation

Dear All,

I am Fully Confirming Internal Actvity in CJ20N. If I want to confirm the activity 2nd time, system will allow to do it, with Warning Message.

My Client wants to restrict the user to confirms the actvity once its Fully Confirm.

Let me know how we can do it??

go to message control and change warning to error message - it is a modification but a good one

first you will have to make sure that your message exists in T100S (via SM31)

alternatively you can also set activity user status say ZCNF which will be set on confirmation and will will disallow order coinfirmation

This issue is sloved. Thanks for your input. I made ZCNF as user staus control with Object Type "Confirmation Transcation". Its working fine as per my requiremnt.

it will allow u to restrict the user to conform 2nd time

Thanks for your reply. But, I never used Screen Variants before. Can you guide how should I create One to restrict user to Confirm the Activity 2nd time??

hi..

check if your need can be satisfied by config in change profile (Tcode OPSG)

or maybe you could use status profile..
