SAP S/4HANA Finance Release Budget

Dear Expert,

Now i'm already implemented the S/4HANA Finance aka Simple Finance from BI Content,

I can input budget cost centers with template ERP/SFIN_A01_WB01 and transfer it into S/4HANA with template ERP/SFIN_A09_WB01

My Question is, how can i release the budget i put in S/4HANA Finance ? Is it through BCS ? or with other TCode ?
