Missing period data in Material Ledger

Hello!

We have some problems because there are missing data for some past periods in the Material Ledger. I've read Notes # 903986 and 364368 that say possible solution is using Material Ledger Helpdesk.

So can anyone say what is Material Ledger Helpdesk?

And if there's any another solution without using any additional software?
