Hi Sudanshu

The structure is complex and it has substructures

please look at the attached screenshots provided here.

i was using t-code QC21 to debug and find the structures and sub-structures

The program RQCAAP01 has include AAP00F02.Here the structure g_cert-batch_tab has sub structures LOT_TAB.This structure has QALS, QALT, QAVE and CHARACT_TAB.These have details for inspection lots and characteristics details

My other screen shot has details for certificate profile related data like the MIC's in the cert profile

Hope it helps.I suggest not to hit directly the tables to find your data.Use the above structures to get the data. Please debug teh standard program to find any other data if required.

If you want to write a functional specification, then this should not cover tables (or: about the concrete implementation of your requirements in your SAP System).

Wikipedia.com tells (...):

A functional specification does not define the inner workings of the proposed system; it does not include the specification of how the system function will be implemented. Instead, it focuses on what various outside agents (people using the program, computer peripherals, or other computers, for example) might "observe" when interacting with the system.
