Sale order against quantity contract error message

Hi Expert,

When I have generated the sale order (T-code VA04) against the quantity contract, system didnu2019t not given message (pop-ups) for Balance qty or exceeds qty. in contract order. But system automatically picks the balance quantity in sale order.

How can generate the error message (pop-ups) in create the sale order?
