Archiving Link

Dear all,

Iu2019m new in Archiving Link; My Requirement is to get the Archived data Link form Third Party.

Consider Example (for the purchase order, ASN, Inbound delivery, etc .all the data are archived in some other third party) I need to get the link for the archived data in third party.

Example (for the Particular Purchase order I want to show the link for the History like ASN, Inbound delivery. Once the user Press the Link means, I wants to show the Details of ASN, Inbound Delivery etc ).

Please give some solution, in what way I want Proceed.

I read the Sap Archive Link document; Iu2019m not getting in which way I can able to get the

Link.

Please give some idea about this requirement. Itu2019s Very urgent.

Hi,

We did some Printlist Archiving by ArchiveLink in our recent proj. but our scenarion is we config. Content Server and we store the invoices and some prin documents in the Content server in diff. Content repositories. So we did some Cust. in SPRO like..

SPRO>SAP NetWeaver->Application Server->Basis Services->ArchiveLink

Just chek it out it may help to your requirement.

thanks, for ur kind reply,

I want to link the document to BDS using OAER.

we can attach the documet to BDS using this transaction but the problem is

I just want to store the LINK not the document.
