Crystal report cannot load

We have Crystal reports XI version 2. The reports are called from .net program developed in asp.net version 2. The .net program is triggered from Oracle forms 6.0 / Database 10g application (client / server deployed through Citrix)) and it in turns calls Crystal reports. The reports are generated based on the parameters passed through the application to a Oracle Stored Procedure. The . net code exports the report to pdf and prints to specified printer in the Oracle application. The .net service is run on a windows server ( 2003) as a System user.

Most of the time the reports are generated fine. Recently the reports started to generate errors and the errors that are displayed are random at one of our site. At that particular site, the only difference is the .net service is run as another user but not 'System' but has all the rights as that of a System user.

Sometime it complains that the printer is not found which in fact is a valid printer other times it complains that the report path is not valid and sometimes it states that it is out of memory. The .net program crashes and the service has to restarted.

The same reports run fine on our server.

Your help will be most appreciated.

Thanks, Seema
