Initialization of SAP GUI for HTML failed - from mobile device after SAP upgrade

Hello All,

After SAP Upgrade to ECC 6 ,some of our mobile scanners are facing the issue "Initialization of SAP GUI for HTML failed" when accessing ITS URL.All the devices on version windows CE 6 are having this issue and the devices on windows CE 7 embedded seems to be okay.

We have tried activating the service in SICF ,publishing the service,resetting the device to factory settings and restarting .No luck.

Any help/inputs on this please.

Hello Raajessh,

Please note that the use of WEBGUI in a Windows CE mobile device is not supported.
Please read SAP note 314568 about known limitations.

Did you find any solution for this . We are also facing simillar problem after upgrade.
