Incomplition Log IN Sales Order VA01

Hi gurus,

I am working on enhancement of Sales order. i want to check weather BSTKD_E field which is on Order data tab on header is empty for specific customer not all. if it is empty i want to show the message into incomplition log for that field. how can i do this please provide code .
