Configuration Service Desk VARs: AI_SDK_CRM_DNO_MON

Hi all,

I try to configure the Service Desk for VARs using the "Configuration Service Desk for Value-Added Resellers (VARs)".

At chapter 3.3.2 I try to verify (Tcode SE19) if the Classic BAdI Implementation and New BAdI Enhancement Implementation are active.

The Classic BAdI Implementation AI_SDK_CRM_DNO_MON is not active.

How can I active it?

For the other (AI_SDK_SP_RFC, AI_SDK_SP_PPF and AI_SDK_SP_RFC_RP) there are IMG activities in SPRO transaction but I don't find nothing for AI_SDK_CRM_DNO_MON.

Could you please help me??
