Hi,
I have a custom report in c4c and cannot seem to be able to choose the order that the selection fields appear. Please can you advise how I can configue the order of the selection fields for a report in c4c. I have tried in silverlight by choosing the add fields option but that doesn't seem to work. Thanks,
Hi Samir,
As per description it seems that you want to maintain the order for selection fields in report. For example, if report has 3 fields in selection and currently its arranged like below:
Field 1
Field 2
Field 3
As per your requirement you want it as below (or in any sequence as per your need):
Field 1
Field 3
Field 2
If we have understood correctly then check below else help us with more details with your requirement.
-> Edit the report.
-> Go to step no 5 "Define Variables".
->Choose the order/sequence you want for selection in report. Here you can select any field and move it up/down/top/bottom as per your requirement. Please check attachment "DefineVariable".
-> Save and open report.
You will see the order of selection fields as per your requirement.
