batch creation in inbound delivery

Hi ,

I need to create batch during creation of inbound delivery which is not allowing and follwing message arrears.

'No item selected or batches already exist'

Please suggest where do i need to config for the same.

HI,

The Batch management has to be activated in this case. When u form the material masetrs u have the check box for Batch management in MMR. Please refer the same. The Batches have to be formed accordingly in MSC1N. The material batch combinations have to be properly maintained at the plant level.

Once the Batches are in place the actual stock which comes in is the Batch. The proper storage locations also have to be assigned for the same.

When this thing is done automatically when the Inbound delivery is created the Batch comes in.

I agree with you. But i need ti give the batch characterstics in inbound delivery which is not possible or even teh same is being not flown in MIGO.
