Frontend unavailable

Hello All,

I am trying to give a test print of a ticket from my Portal. What happens in the backkground is my portal calls(RFC) my ECC system and tries to print the ticket. But the ticket is not getting printed even though I have configured default front end printing for the RFC caller and the user who prints the ticket.

I get a error message "Frontend unavailable".

Kindly suggest what can be done to avoid this???????
