Problem in sales order

Dear Friends

We have a problem where the sales orders are being uploaded into the system thru BDC.here the sales orders are being created and the numbers have been generated.The system was not able to go forward and hence terminated the program after saving the sales orders.

Now when we wish to go to VA02/VA03 to check / see those orders ....system prompts an error message that "Sold to party XXXX is not maintained for XX sales org and XX distribution channel."

I have also checked the C master that whether its extended or not & also assignment of the sales doc type to the sales area ........but everything is fine...Kindly help

First check whether the Customer is maintained in the respective sales are

Second, Check the number ranges.

Dear Friend,

I think the Particular Customer is not Extended to the Sales Orgn. and Dist. Channel.

Kindly check it in the table KNVV...
