Whenever an appointment set for a document for first time, the records in cdpos table has empty values for new_value and old_value of "KEY" field and there is no Insert record for "TIMESTAMP_FROM" field.
We pass it_appointment paramater to CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN then use ORDER_SAVE to set an appointment to order.
After the update operation on same appointment object, new and old value fields are set correctly for "TIMESTAMP_FROM".
Do you have any idea how to fix this? or is this expected behaviour?
