Webdyn pro java applications opening as blank page in masthead

Greetings,

We have recently upgraded SPS of SAP EP from 7.4 SP 11 to 7.4 SP 15.

But we are facing a random issue in custom webdyn pro java applications post upgrade.

Custom webdynpro java applications(approx 6 applications in framework page as pop-ups) are added in AJAX framework page of portal & properties are set as masthead container in framework page. We have tried with different framework page but no results.

All these applications should opened as pop-up on landing page. Same functionality is working fine in DEV system(upgraded to SPS 15) and in previous version of portal i.e. 7.4 SPS 11 but we are getting this issue in PRD (SPS 15).

Other custom webdyn pro java applications are working fine but only pop-up applications are opening as blank in chrome & error in IE (i.e "webpage cannot display webpage").

We had asked SAP but they are not able to help as these are custom apps.

We have tried with ARFC 2 and other options as well but no results. And this blank page is getting by many users. And in few of users all pop-ups are working fine. We have also checked by logging with different users on same system as well.
