Hi Guys !

I need to know the best possible way to check if any user has even been involved in any WF Item or WF task in the system. We have a system user ( which are not generally involved in workflows ( except WF- BATCH )), and if this user is not involved in any WF related tasks, we will delete it.

If a system user appears in workflows then it would have to be by batch/RFC or other system processes. So that makes this question not really about workflows but about what processes this ID is involved in.

From a pure WF point of view, just delete it. Your regular monitoring should catch any issues.

Hi,

If you want know if a user id was at any time involved in workflow then you could simply check table SWWWIHEAD for field WI_AAGENT and there you type in the user id.

Kind regards, Rob Dielemans
