Hi Team,
We're having trouble printing from SAP to Canon iR-ADV C3320 although SP01 status is complete / Green.
The configuration is as follow:
Device Type:SWIN : MS Windows Driver, Latin-1
Access Method : S
OS - Windows server 2012

Hello Basis Support - Raj,
Can you please check printer queue on server?
Try printing from SAP and see if it is passing spool to print server or not? Also check printing is going to correct printer on server.
