Export to Excel, CSV, PDF not working in SAP Analysis Edition for OLAP 2.4

Hi,

the Export to Excel, CSV, PDF option is not working for SAP AO 2.4 tool.

When clicked on the "Export to Excel" button and selected the destination to save the report in excel does not appear. It literally doesn't go forward and nothing happens.

Please let me know if anyone faced this issue and were able to solve it.

Hi - which tool are you using? Because you tagged Analysis Office, it is already using Excel; please check your tags and update accordingly.

We are using Analysis Edition for OLAP Version 2.4 in the BI Platform.ao-export-to-excel-issue.png

Hello Veera,

I assume you are referring to Analysis OLAP 4.2? When you perform the export to Excel, AOLAP creates the corresponding XLS(X) file, but it does not open Excel automatically. You have to navigate to where you chose to create the XLS(X) and double-click on it to open in Excel.

If this does not explain your problem, can you please reply with a series of screenshots showing the steps you are taking and the problem.
