Employees locked for Payroll list

Hi,

The client wants to extract a report consisting of employees who were locked for payroll during a particular period.

I wanted to understand if there is any standard report in SAP that stores this information, or the information message displaying the personnel numbers that are locked for payroll get saved in any of the cluster tables?

Any help would be appreciated.
