Employees locked for Payroll list

Hi,

The client wants to extract a report consisting of employees who were locked for payroll during a particular period.

I wanted to understand if there is any standard report in SAP that stores this information, or the information message displaying the personnel numbers that are locked for payroll get saved in any of the cluster tables?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Dear Adlin,

Can you please check program HFIUCPL0 and see whether if this suit your needs? This program shows the payroll locked employees which also can be seen within infotype 0003.

Hi Remi,

SE16n does not give me locked employees period wise. I want to know which employees were locked for a period and then maybe unlocked during the next month. Can this data be retrieved using any report?

I don't think that you will find an easy report for that, but you may try the Audit Report (program RPUAUD00_PNPCE), but there always are lots of changes to IT0003 (and you'll spend a lot of time looking for such a scenario).

Hi Altug,

HFIUCPL0 gives me employees who have been locked by a user while processing payroll. I need a report which gives me a list of employees who were locked for Payroll in Payroll Status (IT0003) for past periods. And this report must execute period wise.

For eg: I should be able to pull a report to know how many employees were locked for payroll in the month of April while i am currently on June.
