Character missing while printing smartforms for some user.

Hi!! I have the same smartform in DEV and in PRD, for my user is working fine and when I print it everything looks good, but if another user try to print it, is not working fine. In DEV we don't have problems at all but in PRD he is missing the First character of the main Window.

The Version of the smartform is the same in DEV than in PRD

the same data is being printed fine for me and wrong with the other user.

Could someone tell me if it could be a problem with the printer settings?

Hi Cadorine,

Check the printer that you are using in production. Try giving the same for the other user also.

How is it showing in print preview??

solved!... we were printing with a diferent device.

In all probability I feel it is a printer issue.

If u r not able to change the printer settings then u might need to change the SmartForm so that data in the Main Window is printed correctly.
